This is a two-step process. An Application for an Absentee Ballot must be filed first with the District Clerk. Applications for absentee ballots may be obtained by contacting the District Clerks office at 580 White Plains Road, Phone: 793-6130, ext. 4211, or from this web page. Upon receipt by the District Clerk of a completed application, the voter will be given the actual ballot. If the actual ballot is to be mailed to the voter, the completed application for a ballot must be returned to the District Clerk no later than seven days before the vote date. If the actual ballot is to be given personally to the voter, it may be obtained up until 4:00 pm on the day before the vote.

Completed ballots must be returned to the District Clerks office no later than 5:00 pm on the vote day for them to be counted.

For 2018-2019, the absentee ballot application needs to be received by 5/8/18  if the ballot is to be mailed; by 4pm on 5/14/18 if picking up in person. Ballots must be returned by 5PM on 5/15/18, the day of the vote.
